~ 2024 APPLICATION PROCESS ~

JAN 4th....... Applications will be available online:  Under REGISTRATION Tab to the right.  Complete application with general information, photo (head & shoulders, please) and entry fee.  Selection of the field is based on tournament experience; National level, Regional and State.  We like to see that players have a broad range of experience, (depending on age group) not necessarily the best scores.  All those that have applied in the past, your profiles will remain in our database, you can continue to update and submit the application and entry fee for 2024. 

MAY 1st...... The selection of the field will be announced.  All that are not selected will be placed on the waiting list and as openings become available, will be filled from that list.  Entry fees are required when submitting applications.  Fees are held until a player has been accepted or will be refunded if not chosen.

NOTE.....  Tournament history can continued to be updated to submitted applications until April 30th.  We will select the field on or about May 1st.  Please do not submit another application or add another entry fee.  Simply save tournament history to the orginial profile.
